Waspaloy is a nickel-chromium-cobalt superalloy strengthened by precipitation hardening. It is designed for high-temperature strength, creep resistance, and oxidation resistance up to approximately 870°C (1600°F).
It maintains excellent mechanical properties under sustained high-temperature loading, making it suitable for aerospace gas turbine components and high-performance engine parts. Compared to Alloy 718, Waspaloy offers better strength at elevated temperatures, though it is more difficult to machine.
Note: Values are in accordance with EN 10088 specifications. Actual mill certs available upon request.
