EN36 is a high-strength, alloyed steel known for its excellent toughness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength. It is widely used for heavily loaded shafts, axles, gears, and critical mechanical components.
EN36 can be through-hardened or case-hardened depending on the application, and its nickel-chromium-molybdenum composition ensures good hardenability, impact resistance, and dimensional stability under high stress.
Note: Values are in accordance with EN 10088 specifications. Actual mill certs available upon request.
