EN30B is a high-strength alloy steel with excellent tensile strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance. It is commonly used in high-stress components such as shafts, axles, gears, and high-load mechanical parts.
EN30B is through-hardened or case-hardened, depending on the application, and is suitable for components requiring uniform hardness, wear resistance, and dimensional stability. Its nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloying provides good hardenability and impact resistance.
Note: Values are in accordance with EN 10088 specifications. Actual mill certs available upon request.
