EN24T is a high-strength, alloyed steel widely used for heavy-duty engineering components requiring high tensile strength, toughness, and wear resistance.

It is a nickel chromium-molybdenum alloy steel that can be through-hardened to achieve high hardness (~55–62 HRC), making it suitable for shafts, gears, studs, bolts, and other critical mechanical parts.

EN24T combines good machinability in the annealed condition with excellent strength and impact resistance after heat treatment.
