Alloy 7021 is a high‑strength zinc-magnesium aluminium alloy providing good toughness and wear resistance. It is less common in aerospace but used in structural and precision components where strength is a priority.
Aluminium 7021 is typically specified to EN/BS standards rather than dedicated AMS aerospace specs (i.e., there’s no direct AMS aluminium standard for this grade in common aerospace usage).
Note: Values are in accordance with EN 10088 specifications. Actual mill certs available upon request.
